Payment & Order Acceptance Terms
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the products or services that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been paid and accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you have provided in your account profile. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Your order will be processed according to the specifications included in the acceptance email. You must notify us immediately if you find the specifications to be in error.
Refund Policy
We will only refund for faulty products that we cannot correct or repair. All refund requests must be in writing and send to us by email within 3 working days from the product was made available for download. The request must state the problem and the faulty product must be attached. Your payment will be refunded to you if we cannot repair or replace the product within 3 working days.
Copyrights
All copyrights, ownerships and other rights of standard templates or any other standard products, produced by us, belongs to us and remain ours. We renounce on any copyright of customized and paid products. Likewise we renounce on any right to resell customized and paid products. We reserve the right to keep and display copies on our website of any of our own produce, custom tailored or not.
Accuracy of Content
We take great care to ensure that all prices and descriptions on this website are correct and accurate at all times. However, we reserve the right to refuse any order based on erroneous prices or descriptions if such should occur. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as it comes to our attention and offer you alternatives. If no alternative is accepted, we will refund your payment immediately and in whole.

All support requests must be done by email or via our online contact form. We do not offer phone support. All notices from you to us must be in writing and emailed to us. All notices from us to you will in writing and emailed to your address as stated in your account profile.
