Satiariyan Properties only lists properties, we have seen ourselves. We guarantee that photos of listed properties are of the property we have been shown and we guarantee that listed details are in accordance with what the property owner has told us and in accordance with what we have seen on a walk around the premises. We do not guarantee anything whatsoever beyond what has been explicitly mentioned in the preceding sentences. In particular, we do not guarantee that information given to us by either party is correct beyond what is revealed by the naked eye and ear.
