Joomla! is a well known full-featured CMS. It has a somewhat steep learning curve, but can cover almost any imaginable use. Many aspects have made Joomla popular. However, Joomla can be overwhelming to operate and configure because of the number of options. If you have a lot of documents and need a strong menu builder plus a large community of extensions, then Joomla would be for you.
